She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2008 and brings over 10 years of extensive overseas experience in cardiac rehabilitation, acute care physiotherapy in diverse clinical settings, working with various populations. She strongly advocates for a patient-centered approach, evidence based, long-term benefits to prevent injury recurrence. She emphasizes the importance of ergonomics to improve daily living and overall quality of life. The primary focus of her practice is to provide quality individualized patient care, utilizing all available tools, and her team, to reach her patients’ goals. Janelle is a dedicated physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health and orthopaedics, with a goal of empowering her patients through evidence-based practice. She successfully completed the Canadian Physiotherapy National Examination in 2014. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario as a certified Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and has completed specialized postgraduate education that focuses on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of the pelvic floor and associated dysfunctions. Janelle has taken advanced training in pelvic health physiotherapy, providing compassionate care for individuals experiencing issues related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic pain. Janelle is skilled in treating various orthopaedic conditions such as post fracture, post surgery, and sports related injuries. Her approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, therapeutic modalities, acupuncture, and education, helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
